KUSA - During halftime of Sunday's home game against the Falcons, the Broncos will honor 125 cancer survivors.It will all be part of the first-ever "Fight Like a Bronco" campaign that kicks off on Sunday.The Broncos are the first to coordinate the campaign with the NFL's recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month to celebrate the courage of all survivors.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.– Third-grader Sophia Melpakam wrote a letter and poem to the Broncos about her former teacher Kathy Douglas, who she calls her hero.Douglas has been teaching for 32 years and currently teaches at Scott Elementary School.Last year, she was diagnosed with breast cancer.
