Denver Broncos starting quarterback Trevor Siemian said he'll be ready to go Sunday even though he's recovering from a shoulder injury and did not practice Wednesday and may not pratice at all this week.While Siemian expressed confidence, Denver coach Gary Kubiak said he'll wait up until game day to name a starting quarterback if he has to.Siemian suffered a strained AC joint in his left (non-throwing) shoulder during the Broncos win against Tampa Bay Sunday.
